Yoga focuses on meditation and physical exercise. The yogic exercise is good for you who needs stress relief, who is looking to find balance in your life, and for you who wants to strengthen your body. The yoga I teach is Hatha yoga.

Through yoga you can start your day with a smile on your face, or finish off your day with some movement to calm yourself down after a long day.

The yogic exercise is good for any of us. Yoga is for you, who just want to do something fun and relaxing for yourself. And for you, who spend a lot of time in front of the computer and need to find more movement for your body. Yoga is also very good for athletes.

I offer private classes, teaching for small groups or a program designed especially for you.
